Privacy Policy Quickensol Business

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Quickensol IT Solutions LLP ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Quickensol Business mobile application (the "App"), and explains your privacy rights.

Quickensol Business is a B2B CRM application designed exclusively for business users (sales teams and enterprises). It is not a consumer app. The App helps sales professionals track, record, and manage business phone calls, and synchronise call data with their organisation's private CRM server.

Definitions

Data We Collect

1. Account Information

When you log in, we collect your name, employee/user ID, and phone number provided by your organisation. This is used solely to authenticate you and associate call records with your account.

2. Phone Call Data Core Feature

This is the primary data the App is built around. We collect:

3. Contact Information

We access your device contacts to display caller names alongside phone numbers during and after calls, and to match incoming/outgoing calls to existing CRM contacts. We do not upload your full contacts list to any server.

4. Device and Technical Data

We collect basic device identifiers (device ID, OS version, app version) for crash reporting via Firebase and for technical support purposes.

5. Usage Data

Firebase Analytics may collect anonymised app usage data (screens visited, feature usage frequency) to help us improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

App Permissions and Why We Need Them

The App requests the following device permissions. Each permission is used solely for the stated purpose.

Permission Why It Is Needed
READ_PHONE_STATE
READ_PHONE_NUMBERS
Detect when a call starts or ends; read the user's own phone number to accurately identify caller vs. receiver in call records.
PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS Detect the phone number dialled for outgoing calls (on Android 9 and below) so CRM contact info can be displayed immediately when the call connects.
READ_CALL_LOG Read recent call history to match completed calls with CRM contacts and calculate call duration.
WRITE_CALL_LOG Write call outcome notes and CRM tags back to the call log after a call ends.
RECORD_AUDIO Record voice calls for business compliance and quality monitoring. Recording only occurs during active calls and only when the user has enabled call recording in the app settings.
READ_CONTACTS Look up contact names to display caller information during calls. Contact data is never uploaded to external servers.
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW Display a CRM information overlay during an active call, showing the caller's name, company, and call history without interrupting the call.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (up to Android 12) Access device manufacturer (OEM) call recording folders to detect recordings saved by the phone's built-in recorder, so they can be uploaded to the company server.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE permissions Keep call monitoring and recording services running reliably during active phone calls. A persistent notification is shown while these services are active.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS Show notifications for call recording status, upload progress, and call reminders.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM Deliver scheduled call reminder notifications at the exact time set by the user.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED Restart call monitoring services after the device reboots, so no business calls are missed.
INTERNET
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Upload call recordings and sync call data to the organisation's private CRM server.

How We Use Your Data

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the CRM functionality described above.

How We Share Your Data

With Your Organisation

All call data, recordings, and CRM activity are uploaded exclusively to your organisation's private server — the server your employer has subscribed to. This data is under your organisation's control, not ours.

With Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase (provided by Google LLC) for push notifications, remote configuration, and crash reporting. Firebase may collect anonymised device identifiers and crash data. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

No Advertising or Third-Party Data Sales

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or any unrelated third parties. The App contains no advertising SDKs and does not use the advertising identifier (GAID).

Legal Requirements

We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order).

Call Recordings – Important Notice

Quickensol Business can record phone calls when this feature is enabled by the user. Call recording may be subject to legal requirements in your jurisdiction, including the need to inform all parties to a call that it is being recorded. It is the responsibility of the User and their organisation to ensure that call recording is used in compliance with all applicable laws. The Company accepts no liability for unlawful use of the call recording feature.

Children's Privacy

Quickensol Business is a B2B enterprise application intended solely for use by adult business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, please contact us immediately.
